Exhibition at our site
Because of the fact, that a certain kind of aesthetics of a page is not only created by a text being properly formatted we decided to give a chance to photographies and drawings as well.
How to join us...
If you happen to create photographies, drawings - or any other kind of pictures concerning the subject of BDSM, latex, lacquer – or if you have probably even been working as some kind of fetish modell, please do contact us! There'll be no need for you to tell us, whether you are engaged or single - and if you live your phantasies only in dreams or in reality as well.
What is going to be shown at Schattenzeilen?
Because of the fact that Schattenzeilen is used to publish stories and other texts we would just like to show photographies and drawings too, as an additional element of design.
We intend to introduce one artist and his opus once a season, and do look forward to a bunch of artists being eager to grace our page.
If you're interested in publishing photos, drawings or any other kind of pictures concerning the themes of BDSM and fetish, you may do it here, combined with some personal facts or as well remaining private to everyone except the founders of this site.
If some admirer will like to contact you, we'll receive his lines referring them to you, thus making you the one who decides whether you like to establish a contact or not.
Any limits?

Anybody has got limits, so do we.
Pics or drawings you are sending to us should really be "yours", created by you, showing people having agreed before to being shown on a public site.
Please do not send us any kind of pictures you just happend to find somewhere over the www – and, due to the fact that we like to stick to a certain niveau on which we succeeded to establish our page, pics being sended should be more specific in theme and reason than those you may find everywhere on those sleazy pornographic sites.
We too do refuse to accept pictures and drawings infringing upon german justice, and do rely on you not to even try sending those to us.
Pictures being published are not to show male or female bare genitals, because we do not want to loose some certain kind of balance between art and pornographie, thus risking our page being closed down.
What about the copyright?
Your pics and drawings are and stay yours, you'll just entitle us to publish them on our page.
If pictures of yours are published we will point out your copyright© to the users. If you like to add a reference to your copyright inside the pictures, please do keep it tiny and modest - in order not to cover the whole image.
At the moment we do not think of further use of pics and drawings being published that way on the pages of Schattenzeilen, in case we should once do we will ask for your permission.
How many pictures?
Since Schattenteilen is meant to put it's focus on stories and other written texts we do not want to overburden our pages with pictures.
One single pic being placed deliberately will certainly draw much more attention to its message than a wall glutted with a bunch of images.
Perhaps you like to publish one of your favourite pictures in our column? You are welcome and may even chose a special one, a portrait of yours or a motive being quite different from those concerning and sticking to our professed theme of bdsm and fetish.
If you decide to add the link to your own internet performance we will append it to your presentation on our site.
How to send pictures...
Please do contact us with formular. We will response you by mail soon as possible, then you can send your pictures or drawings attached to a mail as JPG-pics, thus unbanning us from some special work in order to convert them – and avoiding own disappointment because of the fact, that pics might be shown differently to your intention.
No rule without exception: your banner should be of GIF-format - just in order to make it flash on the screen of our visitors.
If you happen to send pictures for the very first time, there'll be some certain things we need to know about you, so we will contact you by mail prior to publishing your pics.
We don't want to be inquisitive, but have to prevent our site from being abused.
How much the pics?
Strangely enough human beings tend to do things only if those things seem worth while doing because of people being paid for it.
We are afraid we have to disappoint you in case you think you'll get any clearing for being our artist – the reason for this being the fact, that Schattenzeilen is an offer at no charge in the www.
We do not want to demand any money from our users and like to do without flashing advertisement of any kind.
Our special gift to you, as our artist, are the lots of people looking at your pictures and are very likely to follow the link to your homepage, thus making you gain some special kind of fame.
Nothing to be bought by money, that thing...
